Today the Executive Team includes five women, making up 63% of the team. In 2014, Andrew set out on the path towards improving the diversity and gender balance of Halma’s Executive Team, which at that time had no women represented. The list is run by INvolve, a global network championing diversity and inclusion in business. The HERoes 50 Advocates List recognises the top 50 global business leaders who are driving change for gender diversity in the workplace and inspiring the next generation of diverse talent.
